Zanzibar Association of People Living with HIV and AIDS (ZAPHA+) was established in Zanzibar as a national network for, by and with People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in Zanzibar in the year 1994 and registered in 1996.
Income Generating Activities
Through the implementation of nutrition project under SLF support, Caregivers were supported with startup capital to establish IGA like, poultry, vegetable gardening and petty business. The activity enables them to produce some income that reduces their economic hardship. Either 11(6College, 7Sec. Schools) children were supported with school /college fees and other educational kits to enable to continue with their educational career
